Tenant Qualifications

All adults age 18 and over must:
- Present a valid photo ID
- Complete an application

Income Requirements:
- Monthly income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent

Reference Verification:
- Landlord references will be checked
- Employment references will be checked

References will be used to determine the applicant's ability to:
- Pay rent on time
- Take care of the property

Employment History:
- Minimum of 2 years of employment history is required

Credit Requirements:
- Preferred credit score of 575 or above
- No recent bankruptcies
- No recent evictions
- No recent foreclosures

Criminal Background:
- Criminal background will be reviewed
- Recent dangerous behavior may affect application approval
- Certain criminal history may be considered during the approval process
