Aaron Ivey is the President, Co-Founder, and Principal Broker of Enterprise Property Management, Inc., based in Cordova, Tennessee. He has been a licensed Realtor, Property Manager, Investment Coach, and co-owner of Enterprise Property Management for over 23 years, overseeing the entire Enterprise Property Management and Investment and Retail Sales Brokerage operation. He has been a Realtor and property manager since 2002, and owner and principal broker of the company since 2004. 

On the brokerage side, Aaron operates alongside his wife Alyssa Ivey as a dynamic husband-and-wife team under Memphis Real Estate Advisors, brokered by eXp Realty. He specializes in investor-focused acquisition and property management, with a particular knack for transitioning investment and rental properties into nicely remodeled, move-in ready homes for owner-occupant buyers. His firm services the greater Memphis metro, including Arlington, Bartlett, Collierville, Cordova, Germantown, Memphis, Millington, Lakeland and Oakland.

Aaron is also an entrepreneur and innovator within his industry. He has innovated his practice by creating 2 new divisions for EPM to include a low income division and a sales division, and he co-hosts a real estate investing podcast covering topics like short-term rentals, market trends, and investment strategy. His operation is known for being family-owned, locally operated, and committed to a below-industry-average vacancy rate.

Lindsey Helton is an experienced property management professional with over 10 years in the industry, specializing in investor relations, property onboarding, and operational transitions. Licensed in Tennessee, Lindsey has extensive experience guiding new investors through the onboarding process, integrating new properties into management portfolios, and ensuring smooth offboarding during property sales or end-of-management transitions.

With a strong background in owner communications, Lindsey expertly handles owner statement inquiries, management transfers, and day-to-day client support with professionalism and efficiency. She is also highly knowledgeable in the MHA/Section 8 process, helping owners and tenants navigate compliance requirements and housing program procedures seamlessly.

As a detail-oriented and customer-focused Leasing Assistant, Levi is the critical link between our company, prospective tenants, and property owners—ensuring smooth leasing transactions and exceptional communication at every step.

Jody Smith, our move-out and lease-renewal inspector conducts thorough walkthroughs of rental units to document their condition—photographing and noting any damage, wear, cleanliness issues, or needed repairs

Responsible for handling work orders, coordinating with vendors and tenants, and ensuring maintenance concerns are addressed efficiently.
